Biography
In the beginning
Born in Lewisham, London on the 4th November 1974, to mother Lynne and father Tim, Louise started her early life living the dream of every young girl and got the opportunity to attend the famous Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts.
Eternal
Louise joined the girl group Eternal back in 1992 with fellow group members Easther and Vernie Bennet along with good friend Kéllé Bryan.

Post Eternal
In addition to her music, Louise has worked extensively as a TV presenter on programmes such as BBC1’s The Clothes Show, ITV2’s Soccer Aid, and Channel 4’s How Not To Get Old. In 2007, she presented The Truth about Size Zero for ITV1, a documentary that followed Louise on a personal journey to highlight the dangers of extreme dieting and weight loss. 2009 saw a follow up ITV1 documentary, Super Skinny Pregnancies, investigating the pressures on women to stay in shape during and post pregnancy. Louise co-presented BBC’s Something For The Weekend in summer 2009 alongside Tim Lovejoy, before becoming a permanent co-host in 2010 and 2011. She was then asked to join the judging panel on the second series of BBC1’s So You Think You Can Dance. Louise hosted the countdown of Disney’s Greatest Songs for Sky, was a guest judge for the High Street Fashion Awards for ITV’s Lorraine, and helped launch Sport Relief 2012. Her numerous other TV appearances include Celebrity Juice, The Xtra Factor and Strictly It Takes Two.
In autumn 2016, Louise was announced as a contestant for BBC’s flagship show Strictly Come Dancing where she joined 11 other celebrities for the 14th series. Louise stormed her way to the finals, and was named runner-up.
A Style Album
Louise teamed up wth long term friend Emma Rose to launch her fasin blog A Style Album. Hosted on line as well as rwguar YouTube sessions the two looked at promoting fashion to people online...
Louise On Tour
Louise went back on tour in 2018 with a string of gigs across the UK. The gigs gave Louise the opportuity to see if audience would be encouraged by the idea of a 4th studio album
Album 4
Announced in .... Heavy Love is Louise's 4th studo album. Recorded with the likes of Clean Bandit, Jessie B and other well known recording artists the album has got positive feedbackback from fans and press alike,,,
2019
Louise released a number of singles from her album including her debut single Stretch, Small Talk and Lead Me On, followed by a critically aclaimed ballard called Breaking Back Together.
