We've had quite a few impressive sunsets over Huddersfield over the last few months. Thought it was about time I practiced some of the new features on the Phantom 3 and looked at trying out the new Point Of Interest Feature.

The feature works by positioning the quadcopter over the centre point of the image and pulling back to establish the radius of the circling shot. Being on the ground looking up at the tower, which is fairly high, doesn't make this the easiest thing to achieve. By turning on the grid option on the DJI Go app and making minor adjustments I managed to get it fairly centred. Think the end results don't look too bad.

A little post processing in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 was needed to balance the contrast and brightness. On reflection it would have been nice to get the sun in shot before it went down, but for a first attempt I don't think it turned out too badly.
